ABOUT ME

I retired after teaching for 34 years. Life is GOOD. I have been writing a weekly column since 1992. I have 3 books.

I am still involved in teaching. I teach Chinese students through the internet. The hours aren't great...early in the morning, but it is very convenient...right from home.

Faith is an important part of my life. I look for God in the everyday experiences of life. Walking by faith is not easy. Sometimes we have to fight to bloom where we are planted. Those are the experiences that build our faith and are often the sources of my inspiration as a writer.

I personally believe God wants to spend time with us, but often we get too busy or distracted. I want to encourage you to slow down and listen for His still, small voice. He speaks to your heart with a whisper which offers you the wisdom, peace, and hope to find your way along the path of life. Walk with me as we strive to learn more about faith, hope, and love.
